The official entrance fee is $15 USD plus 13% tax for non-resident adults. Children ages 2-12 pay $5 USD. You must buy tickets online in advance via the official SINAC website.
Most local tours do not include the $15 USD SINAC fee. Check the specific tour inclusions before booking. You usually need to present your pre-purchased digital ticket to the guide.
You must have an authorized local guide for night turtle nesting tours. Daytime land trails and public canals can be visited without a guide, but a guide helps spot wildlife.

Warren was the best tour guide! So knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Our tour went on for an extra hour and we saw so many wildlife!
It was such a great tour! Warren was our guide and he was extremely friendly and experienced. He went through a lot of small corners of the river looking for animals and getting away from other canoes to be more silent. He even made the tour longer than expected because we were only 2 people and there were not more tours.
Great experience to see the turtles up close in their natural environment. Great effort is made to disturb the animals as little as possible. Don Chico Tours does an excellent job. Very reliable and customer-oriented.
